学校放学时间，可以不允许其他非接送孩子的车辆禁行。接送孩子上学的车辆不能在学校门口掉头。对接送孩子上学的车辆发放通行证。便于交警检查放行。北塘和一马路的学校及附近学校放学时间都可以错时放学。避免解放路与东风大街南北车辆拥堵。尤其是下午放学时间。
