渭南市民领不到独生子女扶助金？卫健局：可重新上报

工作人员一点都不负责，我在潼关办了这个，娃都9岁了，一毛都没领到过，乡上开的证明到信合去，办不了卡，说是这了那了的，毛病多的很，我就在想，这不是我的问题，他们之间不沟通，让老百姓来回跑，何况乡上有信合，就是不给办，非要跑到县城的信合给办，有毛病一样的。
