max-width: 100%; font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei"; box-sizing: border-box !important;">事故发生后，江甲因酒驾、无证、超速、逃逸被判刑五年十个月，江甲、江乙共同支付各项赔偿款150余万元，石某承担连带责任。2015年7月，任某的儿女向蒲城法院申请执行，在执行中查明，被执行人江乙为1989年出生，江甲和石某均是1990年出生，三人中只有江甲成家仅半年左右。目前江甲还在服刑，江乙、石某外出打工下落不明，三人名下均无可供执行的财产，三个家庭都在农村，经济条件一般，案件一时无法进展。后虽然在2016年、2019年、2020年蒲城法院多次恢复执行，但还是以无财产而终结本次执行程序。眼见三位亲人惨遭横祸逝去已五六年，而赔偿款一分没有执行回来，任某的三个儿女不断向陕西省各级部门上访。为此，陕西省人大、省委政法委、省高院、省信访局多次听取案件汇报，并作出了可行的指导方案。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;">4月27日的马鞍山刚刚经历了一场春雨，天上依旧阴云密布，时不时还撒上些雨点，在某工程项目部，雨山法院干警以调查为名要求找江乙谈话，但经项目部查询未发现江乙的用工信息，随后两院干警又先后走访了售楼部、雨顺社区及警务室、微山社区及警务室、马鞍山市政中心等地方，仍未发现江乙的踪迹。时间不觉已到了下午4时，社区工作人员突然打电话告知确定江乙在该项目部做水电工，执行干警精神一振，立即驱车赶赴该工地项目部，雨山法院方雪峰局长也迅速赶来。下午6点多，经过九个多小时的寻找，执行干警终于在另一个分包的水电项目部见到了毫无准备的江乙。确认身份后，蒲城干警立即亮出工作证，并迅速控制住江乙，听到熟悉的乡音，等江乙回过神来，一下子晓得了是怎么回事了。</span><span style="max-width: 100%;
