color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"><br></span></strong></span></section></section></section></section></section><section style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">最低工资标准面对的是所有用人单位，保障的是劳动者在正常付出劳动以后应得的劳动报酬。其中，最受益的人群是低收入行业的从业者，特别是中小微企业最低岗位的工资水平，如主要依靠底薪来满足本人及其赡养人口基本生活需要的劳动者。</span></section><section style="line-height: 1.75em;"><br><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 122, 170);">调整最低工资标准也对人力资源市场发出了信号。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">苏海南表示，这意味着用人单位对本单位那些接近或距离最低工资标准水平不远的岗位，客观上也应上调相应工资标准，进而在劳动力市场上形成劳资协商工资水平的推动力。</span></section><section style="line-height: 1.75em;"><br><span style="font-size: 16px;">工资上调会增加企业的用人成本吗？为满足人民群众日常生活的需要，上调最低工资标准是必然趋势，确实会使用工单位人工成本有一定比例的上升。不过按照经济发展的实践看，企业对待员工的态度，相当程度上影响着企业能否可持续生存和发展。劳动报酬给得多，劳动者就会相应付出更好的劳动，吸引更优秀的人才，最后的产出往往大于工资的投入，企业算总账其实并不会吃亏。</span></section><section style="line-height: 1.75em;"><br><span style="font-size: 16px;">此次多地涨工资时还发出了特别提醒。如上海在宣布调整最低工资标准时明确提出，加班费、中夜班津贴、夏季高温津贴及有毒有害等特殊工作环境下的岗位津贴以及伙食补贴、上下班交通费补贴、住房补贴等不作为月最低工资标准的组成部分，由用人单位另行支付。</span></section><section style="line-height: 1.75em;"><br><span style="font-size: 16px;">最低工资收入增加，对许多人来说，不光直接增加了100元左右的月工资，在由此带动工资水平适当上涨的基础上，其他以最低工资标准或以工资水平为基数按一定比例确定的加班工资、职工失业保险金、带薪休假工资、医疗期内的病假工资、试用期工资、公益性岗位工资以及单位歇业、停产等情况下的工资、生活费也将上涨。其中，目前我国大部分地区制定的失业保险金标准是最低工资标准的90%，用人单位支付劳动者病假工资不得低于最低工资标准的80%。</span></section><section style="line-height: 1.75em;"><br><span style="font-size: 16px;">此外，如果是公司里的业务员，以拿“无底薪+高提成”来获得收入，当个别月份不能完成工作任务时，这份最低工资标准，至少能帮助其在业绩困难时期多一点薪酬保障。</span></section><section style="text-align: right; 按照相关文件要求，临渭区从2019年5月1日开始最低工资标准1700，但现实哩，环卫工拿到手1650，动不动还会被路长处罚。还有不少年龄大的人拿的工资比这还低！

所以有些事情我们听听看就好了，别当真！临渭区财政紧张是不争的事实，所以综合执法同志们不要在整天开着吊车拆所谓的违建了，给财政省点钱干点别的不好吗？吊车是按小时按台班收费的，可贵了！我们小区的治安摄像头已经欠费停网了，由此可见财政紧张的地步。
