15px;">道路停车A类区域：</span></strong></span><span style="font-size: 15px;">东大街、西大街、南大街、北大街、东新街、西新街、文化街、黄河路、解放路（泰山路十字至印光大道十字）市政道路停车泊位及人行道停车泊位。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(214, 168, 65);"><strong><span style="font-size: 15px;">道路停车B类区域：</span></strong></span><span style="font-size: 15px;">除A类区域以外市政道路停车泊位及人行道停车泊位。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(214, 168, 65);"><strong><span style="font-size: 15px;">公共停车场：</span></strong></span><span style="font-size: 15px;">使用政府财政性资金投资建设、依法办理相关审批手续，取得合法经营资格的公共停车场。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 122, 170);"><strong><span style="font-size: 17px;">二、收费时段及计费单位</span></strong></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(214, 168, 65);"><strong><span style="font-size: 15px;">（一）收费时段</span></strong></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">道路停车所有区域停车泊位和公共停车场收费时段为</span><span style="font-size: 15px;color: rgb(171, 25, 66);"><strong>每天8:00-20:00。</strong></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(214, 168, 65);"><strong><span style="font-size: 15px;">（二）计费单位</span></strong></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">机动车停放服务收费实行每车位每30分钟为一个计费单位，累加计费；停放时间不足30分钟按30分钟计费。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 122, 170);font-size: 17px;"><strong>三、收费标准</strong></span></p><p 15px;">（一）道路停车A类区域：</span></strong></span><span style="font-size: 15px;">停放时间在30分钟内（含）免费，超过30分钟不足1小时每车位收费2元，之后每30分钟收费1元，不足30分钟按30分钟计费。每日连续停放最高限价16元，不足最高限价的据实收取。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(214, 168, 65);"><strong><span style="font-size: 15px;">（二）道路停车B类区域：</span></strong></span><span 15px;">停放时间在2小时内（含）免费，之后每车位每30分钟收费1元，不足30分钟按30分钟计费。每日连续停放最高限价14元，不足最高限价的据实收取。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 122, 170);"><strong><span style="font-size: 17px;">四、减免政策</span></strong></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">（一）执行公务的军车、警车、消防车、卫生救护、救灾抢险、环卫保洁、医疗废弃物转运、园林绿化、市政设施维护、殡葬、应急抢险以及喷有统一标识的执法执勤车辆免收停放服务费；</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">（二）绿色牌照的新能源机动车在执行政府定价公共停车场、道路机动车停车泊位（道沿石以上）停放时，其缴纳的停放服务费在应收停放服务费基础上五折优惠；在道路机动车停车泊位（道沿石以下）停放不予优惠；</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">（三）残疾人驾驶的专用机动车在政府投资建设的公共停车场（泊位）停车，免收停放服务费，按照无障碍设施工程建设标准设置的停车位，应当向肢体残疾人免费提供；</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">（四）政府举办各类大型集会活动时，经城市管理部门批准在集会场地附近设置的临时停车区域免收停放服务费；</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">（五）法律、法规规定的应当减免车辆停放服务费的其它情形。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 122,
