15px;">，进行分类登记录取，首先安排高新区内户籍且实际居住在高新区的适龄儿童、少年就近入学，再根据登记人数和学校学位情况，统筹安排其他情况的适龄儿童、少年入学。小学学区保持2019年学区划分办法不变，实行划片就近登记入学、初中学区有所调整（各学校具体学区划分见附件）。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;text-indent: 0em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">义务教育学校起始年级新生入学登记和录取工作由各学校具体负责组织实施，录生工作结束后，将录取学生名单报教育文体局审核。</span></section><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><br></p><section style="font-size: 15px;">（2）<span style="color: rgb(171, 25, 66);background-color: rgb(255, 251, 0);"><strong>家庭户口簿；</strong></span></span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 0em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">（3）<span style="color: rgb(171, 25, 66);background-color: rgb(255, 251, 0);"><strong>务工证明，</strong></span>家长本人和用工单位签订的合法真实有效的劳动合同；</span></section><section 0);"><strong>营业执照</strong></span>（查验时仍登记在册，持证人须和学生在同一户口簿内）；</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 0em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">（5）<span style="color: rgb(171, 25, 170);"><strong>（三）招录排序原则</strong></span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 0em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">义务教育学校入学按照户籍和居住地一致、户籍、房产、随迁子女和门店经营的先后顺序规范入学。四类进城务工随迁子女和父母就业经营子女，各校要根据父母在本市缴纳社保时间、居住证时间和营业执照时间等条件进行积分排序；五类其他要根据父母一方务工时间、租房时间、孩子在城区幼儿园就读时间等条件进行积分排序（学位紧缺学区可从三类开始实行积分排序）。各学校要结合实际，按照分类登记、积分排队的方法，制定切实可行的招生入学方案，并及时向社会公布，指导家长合理选择学校、有序登记，不得在城区小学重复登记。三类、四类、五类按照本类积分从高到低招生录取，直到学位占满为止，其余学生由高新区教育文体局统筹调配到其他有学位学校就读。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 0em;"><br></section><section style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 0em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;color: rgb(0, 82, 255);"><strong>四、积极做好特殊群体子女入学工作</strong></span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 0em;"><br></section><section style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 0em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">把关注弱势群体教育作为改善民生、维护社会稳定的重要工作来抓，努力为留守儿童、残疾儿童少年平等接受义务教育创造条件，保证其接受教育的权利。各校在组织实施义务教育阶段学生入学工作时，要特别注意解决好以下问题：一是对残疾儿童少年落实“一人一案”工作要求，依据区残疾人教育专家委员会出具的教育安置意见书做好做好残疾儿童的就学安置工作；二是按照省市规定规范落实公安子女、现役军人子女、综合性消防救援队伍人员子女教育优待政策；三是切实保障孤儿入学，关注留守儿童、少年就学。对这些学生要关心他们的生活和学习，确保他们按时入学；四是对引进高层次人才子女的入学，按照市、区的相关规定，结合实际根据就学优待政策安排入学。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 0em;"><br></section><section style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 0em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;color: rgb(0, 82,
