size="3">接110指挥中心指令，有一群众车辆在金堆东西坪路段西川村抛锚。中队长史俊红接到指令后，立即向该车主询问故障原因和具体地点，得知车主是因为车辆电瓶亏损，导致车辆无法启动，被困于东西坪西川路段，了解车辆故障原因和具体位置后中队长史俊红迅速和辖区民警赶赴车主被困现场，到达现场后，救助现场条件有限没有机械设备，民警们冒着中雨，不顾泥泞，找来拖绳，但要将深陷的车辆拖出相当困难，民警先是徒手刨寻石块铺垫在深陷的车轮下，然后利用警车牵引，最终将受困车辆牵引至金堆镇修理厂。<br></font></section><p
