box-sizing: border-box !important;"></p><section><span style="font-size: 15px;">7月27日，记者从陕西省教育厅了解到，为进一步提高陕西省义务教育教辅材料质量，根据国家新闻出版广电总局、教育部、国家发展改革委《关于印发中小学教辅材料管理办法的通知》精神，省中小学教辅材料评议委员会组织开展了义务教育阶段道德与法治、语文、历史等3个学科的教辅材料评议工作，研究通过了《陕西省2021—2022学年义务教育阶段统编三科教辅材料推荐目录》，对义务教育阶段教辅材料的使用做出了相关规定。</span></section><p><br style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;"></p><p><strong>具体内容如下：</strong></p><p><br style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;"></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px;">一、要认真落实中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅《关于进一步减轻义务教育阶段学生作业负担和校外培训负担的意见》精神。各设区市教育局要指导所辖县区在省级《推荐目录》中遴选教辅材料，并加强监督管理。<strong>各县(区)教育局要严格按照“一科一辅”和“双减”等相关要求，从《推荐目录》中选择适合本地教学实际的教辅材料，推荐给辖区中小学校学生自愿选用。选用工作要做到程序严格、过程透明、公平公正。</strong></span></p><p><br style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;"></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px;">二、各中小学要做好教辅材料的无偿代购服务，并将代购情况及时在校内进行公布。</span><span style="font-size: 15px;color: rgb(217, 33, 66);"><strong>学生征订教辅材料要坚持自愿原则。任何单位和个人不得以任何形式强制或变相强制学校或学生订购教辅材料，不得进入学校宣传和推销教辅材料。</strong></span></p><p><br style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;"></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px;"> 三、出版单位要严格执行教辅材料价格管理规定，</span><span style="font-size: 15px;color: rgb(217, 33, 66);"><strong>严禁自行定价以及擅自增加印张、提高价格的行为；要保证出版质量，及时供货，配合发行单位做好发行工作。</strong></span><span style="font-size: 15px;">《推荐目录》内教辅材料应在书的封面标注“经陕西省中小学教辅材料评议委员会2021年审查通过”“评议编号：****”字样，方便师生识别。</span></p><p><br style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;"></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px;">四、《推荐目录》内教辅材料由新华书店负责统一组织征订、发行。发行单位要切实树立为教育事业服务、为学校服务、为学生服务的思想，</span><span style="font-size: 15px;color: rgb(217, 33, 66);"><strong>严格按照我省《推荐目录》以及各地选用结果组织发行，不得随意增加内容、增删册次、扩大征订范围。</strong></span></p><p><br style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;"></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px;">五、各教辅出版编写单位要随时关注教材内容变动情况，及时调整、修订教辅材料相关内容，并做好后续教师培训等服务工作。</span></p><p><br style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;"></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px;">六、省教育厅开发建设了“陕西省中小学教学用书管理系统”，2021年5月份已开始试运行。各市、县（区）教育局和学校要确定相对固定的工作人员，通过教学用书管理系统进行教辅材料征订管理工作。<strong>县区教育局要对所属中小学的征订清单逐校进行审核，经教育局负责人签字、加盖公章后，在保障课前到书的有效时间内，送当地新华书店统一发行配送。</strong></span></p><p><br style="max-width: 100%;
