上班14年了，感慨时间之快。上班期间请不起假啊，请假一天按天扣除，然后还要扣除这个月的全勤奖，最重要的是还不能参与年终优秀员工评选。你说亏不亏？所以有事会和同事之间倒班处理，尽量在自己休假时间办理相关事务，除非特殊情况，比如红白喜事什么的才会请假。至于请假奇葩的理由，现实中很少关注，因为做为最底层的劳动人民，请假伤不起，所以理由也都属于正常范围。奇葩的理由只有在网上看到，真实性难做评判。
工作中好像没有用过什么奇葩理由，但是当年在军校中为了出宿舍楼门，那千奇百怪的理由都有，晒月亮，看太阳，拾石头，就想出去走走等
没请过假，就没那个习惯，小时候上学也一样，带病上学上课，不管啥天气，总是第一个到校，现在也一样，无特殊原因，从来就不请假
在工作中真的挺少请假的，还是更愿意做一个诚实守信的人…毕竟还是要有一定的责任心！！自己的工作呀，任务呀，一定要按时完成，这样自己心里也不会太有负担，身边的朋友也是这样子滴，除了有特别大的事情，非请假不可，才会请假！毕竟我爱工作，工作使我快乐！哈哈哈哈哈哈~~

我当年在广东工厂见过，一个兄弟请假单上写的请假理由是回贵州老家吃杀猪菜，因为他哥哥家过两天要杀猪了。这是真事！
