box-sizing: border-box;'> 一、加强组织领导。</strong></span>学校定期开展学生视力监测是防控儿童青少年近视的有效手段。各地教育部门要充分认识学校开展视力监测的重要意义，加大工作指导，协调有关部门，推进中小学校和幼儿园落实每学期按规定开展视力监测工作。</span></p><p style='max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; min-height: 1em;'><br style='max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'></p><p style='max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; min-height: 1em;'><span style='max-width: 100%; font-size: 16px; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span style='max-width: 100%;color: rgb(28, 103, 94);'><strong style='max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box;'> 二、防控端口前移。</strong></span>各地教育部门要通过印发通知、召开会议、实地调研等方式，指导本地学校推进视力监测工作落实。学校和家长要及时查阅监测结果，学校对视力异常的中小学生和幼儿及时进行提醒教育，及时告知家长带孩子到正规眼科医疗机构进一步检查确认，控制近视发生发展，已经近视的学生避免成为高度近视，做到早监测、早发现、早预警、早干预。</span></p><p style='max-width: 100%; font-size: 16px; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span style='max-width: 100%;color: rgb(28, 103, 94);'><strong style='max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box;'> 三、规范数据报送。</strong></span>各地教育部门要指导本地学校建立信息报告制度，学校要指定专人负责中小学生视力监测相关信息数据报送工作，依托学生体质健康网（http://www.csh.moe.gov.cn/）“数据上报平台”，即国家学生体质健康标准数据管理与分析系统，每年春季和秋季学期分别报送一次中小学生视力监测结果，春季学期单独报送，秋季学期与中小学生体质健康数据一并报送。视力监测结果填报数据主要包括中小学生左眼裸眼视力、左眼屈光度、右眼裸眼视力、右眼屈光度。中小学生视力监测结果数据报送工作从2021年秋季学期实行，今后每学年春季、秋季学期都应分别报送。</span></p><p style='max-width: 100%; font-size: 16px; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span style='max-width: 100%;color: rgb(28, 103, 94);'><strong style='max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box;'> 四、强化条件保障。</strong></span>各地教育部门要加强中小学生和幼儿定期视力监测服务保障工作，做到对本地学生和幼儿视力情况“底数清、情况明、信息通”。按照有关规范标准，加强学校和幼儿园校医院、医务室（卫生室、保健室等）建设，落实工作人员，按标准配备校医，配备视力监测检查设备（能测出裸眼视力、屈光度的准确值），保障开展中小学生和幼儿视力监测工作，保证视力监测数据的真实性、严谨性、科学性。</span></p><p style='max-width: 100%;
