跟同事关系比较一般的话， 就没必要邀请了，不然对方会认为，是在借婚礼的名义来挣份子钱。如果是关系比较好的同事，已经算是朋友级别的话，那么还是建议邀请的。
一般朋友都会在工作和生活上互帮互助，这样也是拉近彼此关系的一种方式。如果同事之前就曾邀请过你参加婚礼，那么出于尊重也应该邀请对方。
这似乎取决于你单位的性质。据我所知，凡是党政机关和国有企事业单位的，只要是几十个人的小单位，无论婚丧嫁娶还是给孩子过满月，基本上把同事都邀请到。举个例子说，世界卫生组织无烟草行动办事处的人婚丧嫁娶，基本上该处的位于同一城市的同事都会被邀请到，但邀请不邀请烟草控制框架公约秘书处的全体同事，就不知道了。
私人机构似乎是邀请关系好的及只邀请重要领导的比较多一些，但也不排除有跟国有机构类似的。
所以问题来了，烟草控制框架公约联盟的人办婚丧嫁娶，是邀请院子里全体同事呢，还是只邀请认识的呢？因为这个单位是由400多家小单位组成的一个大型民间机构{:qqemoji14:}{:qqemoji14:}{:qqemoji14:}
同事也要根据关系的亲疏，见人就发请柬，结个婚是图高兴，还是搞创收呢？过去人家里有喜事，街坊邻居，亲戚朋友都来祝贺，拿些东西以表心意，现在的婚丧嫁娶都好像慢慢变质了，送礼的时候会想到还礼，还得计较划算不划算，礼金的逐年增长，让原本非常开心的事情成了负担。太难了！
