这似乎取决于锻炼频率和强度，以及身体的感觉等。在不太运动的情况下，11月到次年3月，我一般5-7天洗一次澡，最长间隔是13-15天，因为极不方便洗。
而在每星期骑行和徒步累计运动量超100公里的情况下，3-5天洗一次，不然身上绝对难受得受不了。这时，即便在没有条件的情况下，至少也得在换保暖内衣之前擦擦身子。
在单日运动量突破100公里之后，就得天天洗，除非全程能做到基本不出汗。
洗头的频率一般都是两三天一次。重雾霾天一般每天都洗，不然油腻腻的实在太难受。
冬天天气寒冷，也不出汗，加上自己也不是讲究的人，感觉没必要天天洗澡。三、四天左右洗一次就行了。洗的太勤了，自己感觉也不太好，把皮肤自身的保护的系统都洗坏了。反而容易引起身上的皮肤干燥。头发可以觉得油腻脏了随时洗。不洗澡的时候每晚就泡泡脚，洗洗脸就行了。

冬天我一般一个星期洗两次澡。因为冬天太冷了。在公司上班，其实也不脏的。但是为了保证自己舒服，一周去洗两次。冬天的天气冷，但是我们还是要注意个人卫生。这样身体才健康。
一周一次比较科学。从健康角度来说，冬季皮肤较为干燥，如果洗的过勤，皮肤皮脂破坏了，使皮肤失去了抵抗能力，所以还是一周一次最好，淋浴时间也不要过长，否则容易脱水。
我一个星期洗一次吧。我比较怕冷。但是衣服一个星期换两次。我觉得这样还是比较可以了。根据自己的情况而定吧。每天也不做饭也没有接触到外面的灰尘。身上还是不脏的。公司的环境还是比较好的。大家洗澡，不要感冒了就好。
年轻的时候一天一两次，头发天天洗，后来成家有孩子以后，身体免疫系统出问题了，医生建议天凉一周洗两到三次头，一周洗一次澡。但是自己感觉受不了，夏天一天至少一两次，天凉了保证一天一次，最近冷了，一周一次，但是每天晚上还是要擦洗一下身体，泡泡脚才可以睡着。体内湿寒太重，皮肤病一直都在困扰着，洗澡太频繁了皮肤病就光顾了，擦洗还行
说实话，我就不爱洗澡，原来上班天天洗，这时间长了自不然就特别烦这事！后来干脆就不洗了！特别是冬天！大清早就洗澡，算得讲究有钱人。要不就是抽那门子歪筋了！出大力流大汗的最爱冲凉水澡了{:qqemoji14:}我十几年都不想洗澡。
基本上两天洗一次澡。
每天晚上都洗
冬季洗澡频次较春夏减少了，三天左右一次。一般都是下午锻炼后洗，有利健康。
基本就是隔天洗吧，早上跑完步，洗个澡就准备下班了，第二天不用上班
晚上洗的次数多一点。
分夏冬季，夏天白天也有时洗，冬天就是晚上
晚上洗澡，自己就睡了
