没有一个单位明确规定员工要等领导下班后才能走啊。上班时提高工作效率，把该干的活干完。就可以准时下班了。没必要非要在领导面前表现的自己有多敬业，非要走到领导的后头。人家领导的上下班时间都灵活的很，也许人家可以早早走，也许人家事物繁多会很晚走，你老跟着看着人家，走在人家后面累不累啊。除了特殊情况工作需要加班，一般都会按时间正常下班。
那得等到什么时候呢？亲，我一般到点就走，一分钟都不愿意多留，有时会提前下楼去倒垃圾，然后拿着手机研究门禁卡。
不过，要是实行室内全面禁烟的话，我可以考虑酌情多留一会儿。
我觉得应该不会的。因为领导有时走得晚。我家离的远，不可能每天都等领导离开我再走呀。我每天把自己的工作任务完成好了，下班时肯定就回家了。偶尔也会加一下班。但是不可能说等到领导走后再回家。
我觉得一般不会吧。领导，有时候会走得很早。有时候也走得很晚。自己的事做完就可以下班了。不用等着领导走，我们再走。我们领导也不是这样规定的。我觉得上班也是很公平自由的。
不要等老板下班走，自己再走，上班时间还是要努力做好工作！千万不要上班时间放羊哩，下班时间做样子糊弄老板，老板不傻。我谁都不等，我有时可能上班时间待一会功夫，把要做的事做好做完了就走了。
按时上下班，不迟到不早退就行了，上班期间认真工作就行了，把上班时间充分利用起来，就好太，领导有领导的事，咱下苦的么必要跟着领导走，干好本职工作，内心无愧就行了，俗话说“干部干部先干一步”咱做好自己就行了

记得以前刚工地搬砖的时候，就是这样的想法，一个新人成天下班积极，吃饭积极，觉得这样也不好，就想着等工头先走，咱再走。谁知道工头是个女的，人家以为我等她想和他一起走，想蹭她的车，你看这事闹滴！后来换了个工地，别说下班走工头前面还是后面，一天到晚基本上见不着工头的人。奉劝工地上你，做好自己的事情，该下班就下班，该吃饭就吃饭，别整天想些没用的事情，当你爱着你的搬砖工作，你是开心的。当你去敷衍你的搬砖工作，你会活的很累，做个真实的自己，吃饱喝足，爱谁谁～

如果没特殊的事情一般不会的，按点下班
工作上班，只要是正常下班，没有必要等领导走了在走，领导要是有事不走，那还不下班了，我个人观点，
首先，我不会因为我干的是销售，一般我的工作会在下班前结束，而且有时如果没事，我们领导还会要我们先走。
想升官发财，可以。没啥想法还是干好本职工作就行了。
