有这种同事，凡事总爱打保票，承诺的天花乱坠，就是不办实事，对于朋友的求助不尽心不尽力。 首先我最反感就是人前一套，背后一套这样的人，其次反感胆小怕事的人，不敢承担应有的责任。如果在工作中遇见马屁精这样的人，一是调整自己的心态，不用跟他计较，心里清楚就好，保持距离；二是做好自己的本职工作，承担自己的责任和义务，让业绩和工作给自己加分。就让让拍马屁的人继续去拍吧，我相信领导只是一时高兴 ，时间长了，也会讨厌这样的人。 其实“马屁精”的有一部分行为也是值得学习的，当面赞美领导其实是一种比较好的行为。因为领导心理上也是希望自己的工作得到下属的认可，在下属面前有威严，如果下属能够赞美他，领导也会很开心。但是如果在人前一套人后一套这种行为就不好，我觉得要真正做到人前人后一个样，不只要拍领导的“马屁”，也要拍同事的“马屁。” 最讨厌打小报告的人，背后捅刀子的人。
