我们店 我和我同事经常讨论工资呀，因为是做销售的 拿的是提成 工资都是透明化 讨论最多的就是工作量和底薪 不成正比 我觉得讨论工资没有什么 有时候适当提提意见 说不定老板还会采纳 我觉得挺好的

职场讨论工资是大忌。毕竟每个人能力不同，拿的工资自然也不同，但是个人对自己的评价是完全不一样的，可能在别人眼里这个人能力的确不行，但是只有他自己也他却是整个公司最牛的存在，所以必然就会有人产生自己工资拿低了的思想，从而会导致公司内部产生动荡

我觉得这肯定是不可以讨论的，因为在一个公司职位都是不一样的工资也是不一样的，所以这个是没有必要去讨论的，讨论了只能会让老板更难
