应该是茵陈了吧，毕竟药用价值挺高的，而且我们村里好多人都会挖去，不过现在没有以前多了，好多人挖的时候不看，都破坏了根，第二年就生长的没有第一年好了，建议大家不管是弄香椿还是洋槐花啥的，不要把人家连根拔起，最起码第二年你还能有的吃，爱惜一下大自然的给与 怎么办，我喜欢吃的和小编的是一样的，香椿不是大棚摘的那种，要老家树上扳下来的，有的人喜欢香椿焯水，我不喜欢，我是淘洗干净，直接切碎，然后放调料，热油一浇，美包包 荠菜非常受欢迎，不仅鲜嫩好吃，还有较高的营养价值，有止血、明目等功效。荠菜含有丰富的蛋白质、胡萝卜素、多种维生素等，营养很丰富，遇到了多做着吃。 香椿，是春菜之王，是春天独有的食材。
从汉代开始，人们就感觉就是香椿这种东西，带着春天独有的气息，有着春天独有的味道，所以就把这种东西叫“椿”。
但因为香椿是昙花一现，最好吃的时间只有半个月，过了这个季节，香椿就不香了！ 我只喜欢吃小时候从树上搬下来，洗干净后晒干。等夏天时候吃自家蒸的面皮时再吃，
用开水把晒干的香椿泡软，沥水放点辣子面用油泼，调面皮现在还回味无穷。可惜长了再也吃不出小时候的味道了。 我最爱吃香椿。清明前后香椿就开始发出嫩芽。把嫩芽掰下来，洗干净后通过热水一炤，立马整个厨房就被香椿的香味所弥漫。
热油+辣椒面+食盐，均匀的搅拌在一起。热气腾腾的馒头掰开，把香椿夹在馒头中，一口下去，拿肉都不换。
