box-sizing: border-box;">大荔朝邑国家湿地公园是我省重要的候鸟迁徙越冬地和繁殖地。在候鸟迁徙的季节，走进朝邑国家湿地公园，湛蓝的天空中，一群群鸟儿排成人字形或者一字形，在天空中飞翔鸣叫；十几只白琵鹭混在成群的白鹭、苍鹭中，时而低头忙着觅食，时而扭头梳理羽毛。这幅人与自然和谐共生的美景，来之不易。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;">这片昔日的盐碱地，如今成为环境优美的湿地公园，得益于省市县三级对湿地保护的高度重视。继2017年陕西省出台的《全省湿地保护修复制度方案》对新形势下我省湿地保护修复工作进行了全面部署安排之后，取得地方立法权，我市通过的首部地方性法规就是《渭南市湿地保护条例》。此外，针对黄河湿地保护管理专门印发了《陕西黄河湿地省级自然保护区网格化管理实施意见》，实行四级网格化管理，落实属地管理责任。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;
