我不爱养狗。不牵狗绳的人自由散漫，我行我素，无视社会公德心。人的素质决定了狗的素质，主人素质低狗不可能会乖，主人素质高就算狗不乖他也会想办法让狗变乖。这类遛狗人的素质的确值得商榷，完全以自我为中心，无视别人感受，把自己的欢乐建立在别人的痛苦上，养狗看主人，狗不教，主之过，自由散漫的喂养狗，也会让狗学会主人的各种不良习惯。

没有养，害怕猫狗。公园里经常看见养狗不栓绳，尤其是大型犬，从人身边走过去，把人吓个半死。还有同住一栋楼上的一户养了一只大型犬，不栓绳满小区跑，每次遇见一起等电梯，我就会让他们先走，自己坐下一趟电梯。别说大型犬，就是小狗狗，我也害怕，因为小时候看见邻居家的狗子把自己家的娃咬了，腿上的肉都快掉下来，从那以后就留下心理阴影了～

我不喜欢遛狗不牵绳的狗主了，把好多小孩都吓哭了，亲眼看到有个狗追咬一个人，虽然那人没有被咬烂，但也吓得不轻。

出门不牵绳子的主人，狗狗随意乱跑，容易走丢，而且容易随便随地大小便，给公共卫生造成恶劣影响。同时也破坏了所有养犬人的形象，其实我想大家反对小区养狗，大多数是被遛狗不拴绳子的犬主吓怕了！没有人会无缘无故去限制你的自由，但是一旦你为了自身利益而去损害别人利益的时候，大家就会投来反对的声音。遛狗牵绳我觉得还是要有相关管理规定来制约，不然单单靠犬主个人素质的话，很难有所改变。毕竟每个人养犬人素质参差不齐，文明养犬意识也不是很高，需要社区，城管等相关部门强强联合，努力宣传养犬小知识，只有大家共同努力才能营造出文明城市。
