line-height: 40px; background: rgb(255, 255, 255);'><font face="微软雅黑" size="3"><span style='color: rgb(25, 25, 25); letter-spacing: 0px;'>在刑侦大队的指导与支持下，西关派出所成立电动车盗窃案专班，细心梳理本辖区案件，对案发现场视频进行调取，精心分析、认真串并，最终确定了犯罪嫌疑人。办案民警放弃节假日休息，仔细摸排、蹲点守候，于5月9日将有盗窃前科的犯罪嫌疑人张某利抓获归案。经审讯，犯罪嫌疑人张某利交代了其犯罪事实：2021年张某利因盗窃机动车刑满释放，但其不思悔改、重操旧业，自2021年10月至今，在我县城区东府广场、亿丰小区、时代新城、鸿基新天地等地，采取撬开车锁的手段，作案20余起。</span><span style='color: rgb(34, 34, 34);
