<div class="wx_rich_media_content" id="jsWxContainer"><p style='text-align: center;margin-bottom: 0em;' data-mpa-powered-by="yiban.io"><br></p><section style='line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 1em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>代办劳务合同，一次性补缴养老保险金……临渭区的刘某某自称“有门路”可以为熟人帮忙办理养老保险。自2018年底至2022年，通过这种方式，刘某某骗取了王某侠、刘某阳、薛某利等人共计60余万元。近日，犯罪嫌疑人刘某某因涉嫌诈骗被临渭公安分局站南派出所抓获。</span></section><p><span class="wxart_image" wx-style='display:inline-block;box-sizing: border-box;border-width: 0px;border-style: initial;border-color: initial;margin-right: auto;margin-bottom: 8px;margin-left: auto;cursor: zoom-in;display: block;border-radius: 4px;width: 578px;height: 399px;'></span></p><section style='line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 1em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>在亲戚朋友眼里，刘某某可是个“能人”，他不仅能够帮忙购买低价房，还能借单位为职工购买养老保险的机会，把熟人“安排”进去，一次性补缴养老保险金。近日，这位“大能人”在办案民警的深挖细查下原形毕露。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 1em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>2022年3月6日，临渭公安分局站南派出所接到刘某飞报警称其被同村好友刘某某以虚假购房为由诈骗17万元。所领导高度重视，迅速组织警力开展侦破工作。3月9日，犯罪嫌疑人刘某某到案后，很快供述了其通过虚假购房对亲戚及同村朋友实施诈骗的犯罪事实。案件看似进展顺利，但刘某某随身携带的一份缴纳养老金的合同原件，很快就让刘某某的狐狸尾巴原形毕露。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 1em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>办案民警申栋炜、黄河就养老金合同的来源向犯罪嫌疑人提出疑问，犯罪嫌疑人刘某某矢口否认养老合同的事情，声称是朋友让他代为保管，在接下来的讯问当中一问三不知。办案民警及时调整工作思路，从刘某某的手机信息入手，逐条筛选有价值线索，“还有些手续，需要尽快补缴住房公积金……”“你的个人医疗还需要补缴，尽快把钱打给我……”聊天记录中刘某某多次以各种借口向他人索要钱财，当铁的证据摆在面前的时候，犯罪嫌疑人刘某某如实交代了其自2018年底，通过自制劳务合同，骗取王某侠、刘某阳、薛某利等人信任，以办理养老保险为由多次向受害人索要钱财，诈骗总金额高达60余万元，诈骗所得均被刘某某用于网络赌博。目前，犯罪嫌疑人刘某某已被依法刑事拘留，案件正在进一步办理中。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 1em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>剑指养老诈骗违法犯罪，临渭公安分局打击整治养老诈骗专项行动正在如火如荼开展，全体民辅警将按照中省市区部署要求，把打击锋芒对准以提供“养老服务”、投资“养老项目”、销售“养老产品”、宣称“以房养老”、代办“养老保险”、开展“养老帮扶”等为名实施诈骗、集资诈骗、非法吸收公众存款、组织领导传销活动、合同诈骗、制售伪劣商品等侵害老年人合法权益的各类违法犯罪，全力维护老年人合法权益，促进养老事业健康发展，努力为党的“二十大”胜利召开创造安全稳定的政治社会环境。</span></section><p style='text-align: center;margin-bottom: 0em;' data-mpa-powered-by="yiban.io"><span style='font-size: 12px;
