租房肯定划算，但是中国人的传统习惯是，租房子老感觉是别人的房子，不是自己的家，自己买的房子住，才感觉有个固定的家，心理才安宁。

这个要看具体的用途了，打算在渭南安家的话，那就是要买房了，毕竟房子才是根，陪娃上学的话就租房，因为不是常在渭南

这个问题太现实，租房和买房其实就是理念不同而已，就跟过去给财主家当长工差不多一样，吃财主的，住财主的，到年跟前多少还能收获些报酬。房子是根不假，但试问全国有？？％的人是没有根的？一套房产权50——70年，住也就住1到2代人，但是有多少人穷极一生连个卫生间都买不起！所以说，有能力了买房，能力有限就租房。根据自己的实际情况而定。没有绝对的划算与不划算之说

那我肯定觉得是看自己多大能力吧。如果是有钱付一个首付。也有还款的能力那肯定是刚需在城市生活应该买房子。因为孩子教育问题工作问题都需要房子。如果自己经济能力差。那你可以在城市租房子。总之自己活出自己想要的生活。一辈子不要太有压力。

我觉得这个不是划算不划算的问题，有需求的人肯定是愿意买房子的，买了房那是自己的，不管孩子学习还是大人上班那都是很方便的，如果租房的话什么家用物品都不敢多买，而且自己经常会搬家也会很麻烦耽误上班时间，所以还是根据自己家庭情况和能力而定吧

房子没有什么划算与不划算，每个人对房子的理解不同，各有利弊。在我看来，房子就是家，自己的房子有归属感，心里踏实，如果是租的，就没有这种感觉。

个人观点，我还是觉得买房划得来，首先现在孩子都在城里念书，也并不是说城里有多好，而是农村没有我的用武之地。孩子念书从小学初中高中就得12年，如果租房租12年，房租不敢算。还不包括水电。租个民房环境不行，租个小区房房租太高。我的观点是租房不如买房，即使买个二手房都无所谓。最起码省的不是一点两点。个人观点，仅供参考

买房肯定划算，可是口袋必须要有钱呀！有钱啥都好说，么钱买房害三代！现在人压力大啊！想买就买，想租就租，不管卖与租人生在世也就3万来天，不要为难自己就好！

我个人觉得还是买房，首先生活有了保障，虽说租房比较自由，但是房价上去了，租金自然也就上去了。房子作为固定资产是有一定的价值的，最显而易见的是，当你出现资金周转不开的时候，就可以利用房子到银行去做抵押贷款换取现金流，再一个，国家只说抑制房价过快上涨，并没有说让放假降下来，房价越来越贵，还不如趁早买房。

以最近二十年的房价变动趋势来看，明显买房合算啊！租房看似便宜，实际上钱是净流出的，而买房则不然，当初几百块钱一平方买的，放到现在卖二手房，基本上能卖到好几千了！

这个不是划算不划算的问题，是拿实力说话的，如果有实力，谁不愿意拥有一套属于自己的房子，如果实际不允许，那么只能租房子住了，不管买的还是租的，自己开心就好，别给自己太大压力

当然是买房划算了，买房和租房一样，每月都要定时花一笔钱，但结果就不一样了，买房的钱花够一段时间后房子是自己的，租房的就相反，房子永远不会成为自己的
