好的老师，加好的学习环境，加上自己的学习态度，可能才能成功，毕竟影响学习的外在因素很多，不能单纯的来讨论那个更重要

我觉得两者都很重要，好的老师就是学生的一个榜样，孩子就会从他那里学到很多东西也会影响着他，一个好的环境如果大家都是认真学习那孩子也不会差

我亲身经历。一个好老师有多么重要，我高中的语文老师，可以说使我文学水平有个质的飞远，因为老师交的好，所以对文学有了极大的兴趣，当时背古文，写现代诗，创作小说，引经据典都是信手拈来。可惜就是那个老师只教了我一个学期，如果教我整个高中时期的话，我的文学功底会更深厚。

我觉得一个好的老师非常重要不但人品要好德智体美都要过关，这样的老师能把孩子教育好。一个好的环境也很重要、有了好的环境人人心情都是好的包括老师和孩子们。
