孩子之间闹矛盾，问题并不是太严重的时候，首先应该让孩子自己解决矛盾。在成长的过程中，孩子总是会遇到这样或者那样的问题，与他人的相处中总会起摩擦的，并不是太严重的吵架可以让孩子们自己去解决，等到孩子都吵完了事情结束了，家长再插手，此时两个孩子一起表扬、一起批评，没有对与错，只是教会他们相互理解、相互尊重、相互礼让即可。毕竟吵完架几秒钟过去后，又嘻嘻哈哈的在一起玩耍是孩子的特点。不会介入，其实孩子自己就可以解决好的，（只要不是大的冲突）我们大人往往低估了他们的能力，没搞清状况介入有时会事与愿违。我的儿子小时候为了一块橡皮（老丢东西）大人气的不行，其实他们已经解决，用他们的方式已经和好如初啦！现在已经大二，和同学特别是室友相处融洽，每次回来都有初中高中的同学找来玩，其实不必在意，只要做好引导就行。 看问题的严重程度，一般小矛盾先会帮娃分析原因，告知解决措施，严重的话就得找他家长或老师，直至问题得到解决，坚决不能惯着他人的坏毛病。我一直都告诫孩子，咱不没事找事，有事绝不怕事！ 首先，我会把已经吵架的两个孩子分开，避免冲突升级，和伤害到彼此。然后尽量先安抚，帮助平复孩子的情绪，通常孩子动手后，不管是先动手的还是自保反击的，他们都会处于一个神经比较亢奋的状态中，此时什么讲道理什么沟通都是无效的，如果不先稳住孩子的情绪，场面会更混乱。接着弄清楚吵架的原因，是因为玩具争抢？还是发生了什么别的矛盾吗？如果自己没注意到，可询问一下，语气和态度尽量保持平和。如果是自己孩子都错就带着孩子一同给别人道歉，如果是对方孩子的错，可以教孩子如何用语言或者其他方式来解决问题，而不是直接动手。 看情况吧，没有实质性原则性问题一般就鼓励孩子和解。有时候家长的气还没消孩子已经一起玩了。有些事没必要太认真 一般不会，除非是遇到校园暴力了那就性质不一样了。娃娃们有娃娃们沟通方式，不是附属品！不干涉不参与才是最好的选择 不会介入、问一下孩子事情的原因，错的地方改正，不能激化矛盾，解决不了的可以给老师说一下，让老师处理。 知道了就应该介入，首先得弄清原由，再跟孩子讲清利害关系，如果是自己孩子的过错就帮孩子分析错在哪里，是他承认错误，最后引导怎样化解给人家道歉。 看情况吧，没有实质性原则性问题一般就鼓励孩子和解。有时候家长的气还没消孩子已经一起玩了。有些事没必要太认真 自己让孩子先解决、如果解决不了我会教育开导自己的孩子。要培养孩子知错能改而且要宽容待人的处事原则。 如果是正常摩擦 就给孩子讲清楚是非曲直 不管谁对错首先是讲道理但是必须要有原则性 如果是故意欺负人必须要告诉老师 老师还不能解决问题 就是必须采取强硬措施 只要没有肢体受伤，一般不会干预，孩子之间也不会有什么大的矛盾，而且隔一段时间就会忘记。 不会介入，让他自己处理。 只要不是校园暴力，不会干预。 我不管！总之我娃受伤了就不行，见不得这个。我直接对方家长谈！ 没有肢体冲突不会干预，讲讲道理，让孩子自己解决 先了解事情的前因后果，错的要改正，对的继续保持！
