原计划上半年实现至少150个无烟日，结果至少有120天在公共场所，工作场所和公共交通工具里闻到了烟味，或者看到有人抽烟，或者看到烟灰缸，烟具，烟头……
原计划要在商店里看到如图的烟盒，也是没看到。
