color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-indent: 2em;"><span style="line-height: inherit !important;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">一、检测范围</font></span></p><p style="line-height: 40px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-indent: 2em;"><span style="line-height: inherit !important;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">临渭辖区所有常住居民及流动人口。</font></span></p><p style="line-height: 40px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-indent: 2em;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3"><span style="line-height: inherit !important;">二、</span><span style="line-height: inherit !important;">时间地点</span></font></p><p style="line-height: 40px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="line-height: inherit !important;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3" style="" color="#0000ff"><b style=""><span style="line-height: inherit !important;">全域全员核酸检测时间为</span><span style="line-height: inherit !important;">10月18日6:00至10:30，具体采样点、采样时间以各街镇、社区（村）通知的信息为准。</span></b></font></span></p><p style="line-height: 40px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-indent: 2em;"><span style="line-height: inherit !important;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">三、注意事项</font></span></p><p style="line-height: 40px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-indent: 2em;"><span style="line-height: inherit !important;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">1.全域全员核酸检测期间，所有人员原则不得流动，有序到指定免费采样点参加核酸采样，部分小区（村组）存在一组采样人员承担几个小区（村组）采样任务，请广大居民根据本小区（村组）划分的时间段，按时参加采样。对于未按要求落实核酸检测的居民将进行陕西一码通“弹窗”提醒；对于两次及以上不参加全员核酸检测人员将赋黄码，补做核酸后予以转码。若有突发疾病、意外受伤等特殊情况，可联系街镇、社区（村）工作人员及志愿者提供服务或者拨打120、110予以保障。</font></span></p><p style="line-height: 40px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-indent: 2em;"><span style="line-height: inherit !important;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">2.完成采样后，将现场发放“防疫标识贴”，所有小区、机关、企事业单位及超市、市场等公共场所均将查验24小时核酸检测阴性证明报告或“防疫标识贴”，对无法提供的人员将限制出入，并不得乘坐公共交通工具。</font></span></p><p style="line-height: 40px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-indent: 2em;"><span style="line-height: inherit !important;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">3.请广大居民提前注册“陕西一码通”个人电子码，或准备纸质二维码，采样时携带手机、身份证，做好个人防护，全程佩戴口罩，保持一米距离，不扎堆、不逗留、不插队、不传谣。</font></span></p><p style="line-height: 40px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-indent: 2em;"><span style="line-height: inherit !important;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">4.未满16周岁或患有疾病的人员，须由监护人陪同采样；行动不便的特殊人群，从西藏、宁夏、新疆、内蒙古、天津、上海、青海、甘肃、湖北、广东、四川、黑龙江、云南、贵州、山西、河南等重点省市和省内来返临渭的居家隔离、居家健康监测人员，提前向所在社区（村）报备后上门采样。有发热、咳嗽等症状的人员，请做好个人防护，及时到医院发热门诊采样就诊。</font></span></p><p style="line-height: 40px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-indent: 2em;"><span style="line-height: inherit !important;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">5.各街镇根据辖区实际情况，科学合理设置采样点，便于学生有序、优先采样。</font></span></p><p style="line-height: 40px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-indent: 2em;"><span style="line-height: inherit !important;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">6.驻渭高校核酸检测工作由所在街镇和校园防控组按照属地的管理责任和行业的监管责任，根据疫情防控要求自行组织规范采样，与全域全员核酸检测时间节点同步进行。</font></span></p><p style="line-height: 40px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-indent: 2em;"><span style="line-height: inherit !important;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3"><span style="line-height: inherit !important;">全域全员核酸检测期间采样按照</span><span style="line-height: inherit !important;">“不漏一户、不漏一人”的原则，做到应检尽检。对故意不参加、不配合、扰乱公共秩序、制造传播谣言、妨碍采样工作的人员，将依据有关法律法规由公安机关追究法律责任。</span></font></span></p><p style="line-height: 40px;
