1.选择嫩绿色的南瓜藤，并把表皮茎撕掉（很多人不爱吃，就是这个步骤太麻烦）
2.把撕好的南瓜藤用清水冲洗干净，再准备好新鲜的红辣椒和肉
3.把肉切碎，红辣椒切圈，南瓜藤切小段，把肉用盐或者生抽腌制十分钟，这样肉吃起来更嫩
4.起锅热油，油温七成热加入南瓜藤和辣椒圈，加入适量盐，翻炒均匀，再加入腌制好的肉，大火快速翻炒，并加适当味精，整个过程三到五分钟就可以出锅了

我最拿手的菜是水煮鱼和青椒土豆丝，我平时最爱吃这两道菜，怎么吃都吃不腻，平时在家里自己做和在餐馆去吃饭，都喜欢点这两道菜。
平时在家里做水煮鱼时候里面加很多自己喜欢吃的菜，如豆皮，豆芽，豆腐，海白菜，青菜等等，吃不完下顿还可以用来下面条，简直是完美搭档。
土豆丝拌面条吃起来也不赖，外加一碗面汤，感觉自己或者神仙般的生活。 这个问题不知道怎么谈了。作为家庭一员，必须会做饭炒菜。从以前的不做饭，到现在为了孩子，学做了好多饭。面食做的还可以。就是很少做肉食，因为家人和孩子都不挑食。所以，每次做的都能吃完。所以，不管做饭好吃不好吃，只要会做，厨艺会慢慢提高的…… 我不太会做荤菜，但是前段时间学了一道菜红烧鸡腿！抖音学的，也没有化冰糖。害怕苦了。反正做好，我娃一下子吃了4个，说挺美的，味道不错。她挺爱吃的 算会做吧，不过没有啥拿手的。自己做的话一般为了省时间，都比较简单。除了甜食，好像没啥特别爱吃的，不过不吃的、不爱吃的倒是一大堆。 尝遍酸甜苦辣咸，所在的城市特色小吃基本上都吃过，最重要的吃的味道喜欢，最喜欢吃干锅菜花和干锅鱼豆腐芹菜，饿的时候不敢说，太馋人了，学的做了几次，还是做不出饭店的味道，不知道那个环节没做对，今天做了一个凉拌油菜，很鲜美，在熬一碗包谷粥，那就更带劲了！{:qqemoji14:}{:qqemoji14:}{:qqemoji14:} 就喜欢吃，不喜欢做{:qqemoji21:}，做饭吃都是被逼无奈之举。要说拿手的就是炒鸡蛋，单炒蛋，韭菜炒蛋，葱花炒蛋，辣子炒蛋，反正都是抄的刚刚的！ 最拿手最喜欢的一道菜就是 西红柿炒鸡蛋。
原材料准备简单，做起来也简单。而且这道菜特别下饭，自己一个人吃饭的时候就炒一盘西红柿鸡蛋，就一碗米饭，美滋滋 最拿手的是土豆丝，醋溜、凉拌、爆辣、肉炒等等。最爱吃的也是土豆丝，米饭，就馍、吃面，皆可。土豆丝家常又好吃，无敌。 没有拿手菜，但部队的锻炼煮方便面娃都说好吃。最喜欢的菜是蒸红苕干和蒸茄子，蒸萝卜。炒茄子。茄子干凉菜喝酒好。 我会做不少菜，但最拿手还是西红柿炒鸡蛋。先把西红柿洗干净，切成小块放到盘子里，再打几个鸡蛋，放点盐用筷子搅拌均匀。一切准备好，点着火，往锅里倒了一点儿油，等油温升高，倒入鸡蛋，只听到“呲”的一声响，金黄色的蛋液很快就成熟了，拿着锅铲不停地翻炒，鸡蛋散出阵阵诱人的香味，盛出鸡蛋，又往锅里倒点油，接着把西红柿倒进锅里，只见铁锅上方冒出一团白烟，把西红柿在锅里翻炒了一会儿西红柿越来越软，还流出许多汁，加点儿盐，最后把鸡蛋倒进去搅拌均匀，就这样，一道香喷喷的西红柿炒鸡蛋就大功告成了。
当然，我最喜欢吃西红柿炒鸡蛋，据说这道菜的营养是绝配：鸡蛋富含蛋白质，而蛋白质最容易溶于西红柿素而被人体吸收。
现在的男人十个有九个都会做菜，女的估计十个有两个会做菜，本人素菜专家，没有特别爱吃的菜，特别爱吃蒲城的八宝辣子{:qqemoji14:} 要说最拿手的那就是青椒土豆丝了，也是我的最爱，我不爱就对不起自己了，你说呢？ 我爱吃烩菜类、尤其是排骨烩菜也喜欢做 没有什么拿手菜，都能弄，都不精，自己吃着舒服就行 都可以做了，，虽然比不上饭店的大厨，但是咱吃的放心{:qqemoji14:}{:qqemoji14:}{:qqemoji14:}{:qqemoji14:}
