color: rgb(2, 30, 170); visibility: visible;'>一、韩城市禁止燃放烟花爆竹区域：</span>新城街道办事处、金城街道办事处行政区划内。龙门镇：108国道以东、108国道黄河大桥以南、黄河西堤以西、二电煤专线以北。西庄镇：108国道以东、大韩路以西以南、下郭路以北。</font></p><p data-track="4" style='margin-top: 20px; margin-bottom: 20px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); letter-spacing: 0.544px; border-width: 0px; border-style: initial; border-color: initial; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible;'><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">①国家机关、重要军事设施；②医疗机构、中小学、幼儿园、敬老院；③商场、超市、旅馆、影剧院、网吧、娱乐场所等人员密集场所；④图书馆、档案馆、博物馆、文物古建筑保护单位；⑤车站、码头、机场等交通枢纽以及机动车停车场；⑥城市道路、过街天桥、桥梁涵洞、地下通道以及其他地下空间；⑦易燃易爆物品生产、存储、销售、使用场所及其外部安全距离以内；⑧铁路沿线、输变电设施安全保护区；⑨山林等重点防火区；⑩其他消防安全重点单位。</font></p><p data-track="6" style='margin-top: 20px; visibility: visible;'><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">①不得向人群、车辆、建筑物以及禁止燃放的地点抛掷；②不得在建筑物内、屋顶、阳台、窗口燃放或向外抛掷烟花爆竹：③不得妨碍行人、车辆安全通行：④不得采用其他危害公共安全和人身、财产安全的方式燃放烟花爆竹；⑤儿童应当在监护人或者其他成年人陪护下燃放烟花爆竹。</font></p><p data-track="8" style='margin-top: 20px; margin-bottom: 20px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); letter-spacing: 0.544px; border-width: 0px; border-style: initial; border-color: initial; text-indent: 2em; color: rgb(2, 30, 170); visibility: visible;'>五、任何单位和个人在禁止燃放烟花爆竹的时间、地点燃放烟花爆竹，或者以危害公共安全和人身、财产安全的方式燃放烟花爆竹的，</span>由公安机关依照国务院《烟花爆竹安全管理条例》规定，责令停止燃放，并处100元以上500元以下的罚款；构成违反治安管理行为的，依法给予治安处罚；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。</font></p><p data-track="10" style='margin-top: 20px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: 700; border-width: 0px; border-style: initial; border-color: initial; color: rgb(2, 30, 170);'>七、对未经许可举办焰火晚会以及其他大型焰火燃放活动，或者违反焰火燃放安全规程、燃放作业方案进行燃放作业的，</span>由公安机关依照《烟花爆竹安全管理条例》规定，责令停止燃放，并对责任单位处1万元以上5万元以下的罚款。</font></p><p data-track="12" style='margin-top: 20px;
