margin: 8px auto; box-sizing: border-box; font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; text-indent: 2em; color: rgb(21, 21, 21); line-height: 2em; text-align: justify;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>2.当事人通过某APP使用名称为“西安画美”的账号，自行发布了“面部填充”等医疗广告，含有“面部填充 逆转时光 做童颜女神”“自然饱满、容颜减龄、立显年轻”等内容。该广告未经审查进行发布，违反了《医疗广告管理办法》第七条和《中华人民共和国广告法》第十六条、第四十六条相关规定。2022年8月，西安市市场监管局依法责令当事人停止发布违法广告，在相应范围内消除影响，并处20万元罚款。</span></section><section style='font-size: medium; margin: 8px auto; box-sizing: border-box; font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; text-indent: 2em; color: rgb(21, 21, 21); line-height: 2em; text-align: justify;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>3.2022年9月23日，韩城市市场监管局接群众举报，查获无证生产制造医疗美容用药品、医疗器械和化妆品的黑窝点，产品包括玻尿酸、肉毒素等59个品种。经立案调查，当事人涉嫌生产销售假药罪，已依法移送公安机关。公安机关对王某等2人采取强制措施，目前案件正在侦办中。</span></section><section style='font-size: medium; margin: 8px auto; box-sizing: border-box; font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; text-indent: 2em; color: rgb(21, 21, 21); line-height: 2em; text-align: justify;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>4.当事人制作的锦旗，印有“艾灸治百病，全身疾病净，从头到脚底，五脏六腑净；感谢金某某调理好了我多年寒湿体质”等宣传语，其虚假宣传的行为违反了《中华人民共和国消费者权益保护法》第二十条相关规定。2022年4月，渭南市澄城县市场监管局依法对当事人作出罚款0.5万元的处罚。</span></section><section style='font-size: medium; margin: 8px auto; box-sizing: border-box; font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; text-indent: 2em; color: rgb(21, 21, 21); line-height: 2em; text-align: justify;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>6.当事人在其经营场所发布11块医疗美容广告，涉及“最专业的美肤团队”“韩国超微小气泡，深层清洁，直达真皮层，注入肌肤遗失的水分”“水光针不只是补水而已”“瘦脸针花样绽放你的美”“祛眼袋再现年轻眼眸”等内容，广告未经审查发布且未标注医疗机构第一名称，违反了《医疗广告管理办法》第三条和第十四条相关规定。2023年1月，宝鸡市金台区市场监管局责令其停止违法行为，罚款2万元。</span></section><section style='font-size: medium; margin: 8px auto; box-sizing: border-box; font-family: PingFangSC-Regular; text-indent: 2em; color: rgb(21, 21, 21); line-height: 2em; text-align: justify;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>7.当事人在其公众号发布题为《瘦脸针打多久能见效?打几针可定型?最全攻略来袭!》的宣传，同时在其医院店堂投放“HA瘦脸针”“HA玻尿酸”等广告宣传彩页。广告违法进行医疗用毒性药品宣传且未经审查发布，违反了《中华人民共和国广告法》第十五条和第四十六条相关规定。2022年4月，汉中市市场监管局责令其停止违法行为，罚款3万元。</span></section><section style='font-size: medium;
