临渭区教育局紧急通知：防范“卷钱跑路”！9所无证机构被责令停止办学

2em;">按照省、市“双减”办要求，临渭区接到通知，立即部署安排，积极行动。</span><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑;font-size: 16px;text-indent: 2em;">组织参加“全省校外培训机构违规收费排查防范‘卷钱跑路’工作视频会”，召开专题会议，明确提出临渭区排查治理的时间、内容及工作要求，对排查治理做了部署安排；</span><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑;font-size: 16px;text-indent: 2em;">依据省“双减”专班工作领导小组办公室文件，印发了《渭南市临渭区教育局关于迅速开展校外培训机构违规收费排查防范“卷钱跑路”的紧急通知》，对收费排查工作做了全面细致的安排；</span><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑;font-size: 16px;">经过为期5天的排查治理，共督查了43所有证机构，发现个别机构存在票据不规范、合同填写不完整、个别学生缴费未纳入全国校外教育培训机构监管与服务综合监管平台等问题，对其下发了《整改通知书》，要求机构限期整改。同时排查中发现了9所无证机构，责令其立即停止办学，妥善安置学员，退还相关费用，违法行为交由市场监管进一步处理。</span></section><p
