margin-bottom: 10px; box-sizing: border-box;">人造反式脂肪的主要来源是部分氢化处理的植物油。因为能增添食品酥脆口感、易于长期保存、降低成本等优点,因此被大量运用于市售烘焙食品、糖果、餐厅的煎炸食品中等。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 10px; box-sizing: border-box;">《食品安全国家标准 预包装食品营养标签通则》(GB 28050-2011)规定,如食品配料含有或生产过程中使用了氢化和(或)部分氢化油脂,必须在食品标签的营养成分表中标示反式脂肪酸含量。如果100克或100毫升食品中的反式脂肪酸含量低于0.3克,就可以标示为“0”。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;
