这工程规划应该有十年了，开始最少也应该有五六年了，主要还是钱不到位，陇海铁路线影响，市政府一直想站北路延伸线连接南塬和西潼路。可这玩意就不可能一下弄好，站北路西头拆除几年了，一直就没有动，还是荒地。今年如果钱不到位，还是没戏
