自己的生活习惯自己的妈妈是最了解的，娘家人也比较贴心，毕竟是自己的亲骨肉，知道自己的喜好，坐月子期间可以吃到可口的饭菜，吃到熟悉的味道，也能自己和宝宝最佳的营养补充，而且跟妈妈之间有默契，可以把孩子照顾得更好，家庭氛围也比较好。
刚生完孩子，妈妈身体很虚弱，见到自己的亲人，可以在一定程度上缓解身体上的疼痛，心情也会变好一些，身体也能恢复快一些。很多产后抑郁的出现，就是因为产后妈妈生完孩子后想太多，情绪没地方宣泄，在娘家可以跟妈妈诉说一下，在婆婆这边，婆婆关心孩子要多过关心妈妈，娘家人关心妈妈多过孩子。
婆媳关系最难相处，和婆婆住在一起多少会有一些矛盾发生，在坐月子期间，在照顾孩子方面肯定会出现矛盾，坐月子期间妈妈身体比较虚弱，想得也多，一旦发生矛盾，对妈妈心情不利，从而婆媳关系会更恶化，在娘家坐月子可以很好的避免这个问题，自家妈妈比较好沟通。
2、在婆家坐月子
一般离娘家都比较远，回娘家坐月子也有诸多不便，同时，有的地方会有自家的风俗，习惯，回娘家坐月子不算是一件吉利的事。
在婆家坐月子是一个可以和婆婆增进感情的好机会，是互相了解的好时候，如果在娘家坐月子错过这个时期，坐月子再回到婆家，两个人会很生疏，而这段时间婆婆也没有和孩子接触，对以后的生活也不太懂，会造成一定的影响。
其实，无论是在哪坐月子，在娘家也好，在婆家也好，目的只有一个，那就是让宝宝和妈妈感到舒适，提供舒服的环境给妈妈恢复身体，给宝宝适应这个新环境。

如果是我，如果有钱了宁愿去住月子中心，实在没钱，还是住婆家吧。早知道这孩子随的夫家姓，凭啥麻烦娘家妈。
二来，坐月子本来琐碎的事就多，如果是奶粉，孩子就能抱走，产妇能好好休息，但是大人休息不好呀。如果是母乳，基本是3-4个小时喂一次，都休息不好。
我建议去婆家！！ 这要看那边的人有时间和精力。我觉得如果实力可以就去月子中心
