font-stretch: inherit; line-height: inherit; font-family: 思源, sans-serif; vertical-align: baseline; color: rgb(57, 57, 57); text-indent: 2em;'>五年来，全市破获毒品刑事案件399起，其中公安部目标案13起，省级目标案件22起，百人以上“集群打零”案件9起；全市抓获毒品犯罪嫌疑人1319人，缴获各类毒品202.3公斤，从境外抓获3名长期在逃公安部“钉子”逃犯，抓获48名网上涉毒逃犯，各项主要打击指标均位居全省前列。全市查获吸毒人员3290人次，处置强制隔离戒毒1288人次，处置社区戒毒544人次，处置社区康复867人次，戒毒措施处置率为100%，排名全省第一；全市136个街镇全部建成社区戒毒、社区康复标准化工作站。开展易制毒化学品“大排查”专项行动7次，组织成员单位，动员基层部门，签订禁毒管理责任书、告知书2100余份。清理“黑仓库”“黑作坊”5个。摸排重点企业372家、重点设备452台，管控率达到100%，全市未发生易制毒化学品非法流失问题。审批办理各类证件4万余份，侦破易制毒化学品违法案件6起，采取刑事措施 2人、行政措施4人。</p><p style='-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);
