margin-right: auto; margin-left: auto; opacity: 1; transform: rotateZ(0deg);" data-color="rgb(218,146,64)"><section style="text-align: center;margin: 15px 0%;"><section style="display: inline-block;width: 98%;vertical-align: top;border-style: solid;border-width: 1px;border-radius: 0px;border-color: rgb(218, 146, 64);"><section><section style="display: inline-block;vertical-align: top;width: 80%;padding-right: 10px;padding-left: 10px;"><section style="margin-top: 8px;margin-right: 0%;margin-left: 0%;"><section style="text-align: right;"><p style="color: rgb(218, 146, 64);min-width: 1px;">临渭区供电分公司 王子明</p></section></section><section style="margin-top: 5px;margin-right: 0%;margin-left: 0%;"><section style="background-color: rgb(218, 146, 64);height: 2px;"><br></section></section></section></section><section><section style="width: 100%;vertical-align: top;padding: 20px 10px;"><section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 1.8;"><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin: 16px 8px;line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="color: rgb(14, 101, 108);"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">题记：青衿之志，履践致远。行远自迩，笃行不怠。</span></strong></span><span style="font-size: 16px;"></span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin: 16px 8px;line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">我叫王子明，2020年9月入职，现在是国网渭南市临渭区供电公司的一名同期线损工作人员。也许在大家看来一个刚入职的大学生就负责同期线损这么一个重要的岗位是不是有点冒险，哈哈！不瞒大家说，这种顾虑也同样困扰着当时的我，但在领导的信任、同事的帮助和家人的鼓励下，我下定决心：必须把这块“硬骨头”啃下来。对我而言，是责任，更是使命！</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin: 16px 8px;line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="color: rgb(14, 101, 108);"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">求知若饥，虚心若愚</span></strong></span><span style="font-size: 16px;"></span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin: 16px 8px;line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">2021年，我进入了临渭区供电公司客户服务部，主要负责400V台区线损管理工作，刚开始的我对于系统应用和现场操作都是一窍不通，而临渭区公司涉及供电所数量24个,台区数量3700余台，用户数量43万余户，一时间实在是让人无从下手，于是我决定先从理论学起，利用一周时间通读了《同期线损管理系统应用指南》、《同期线损管理系统使用教程》、《台区同期线损异常处置手册》，书中对于系统中每一个功能、每一种典型案例都有引人入胜的讲解，极大地拓展了我的线损基础知识。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin: 16px 8px;line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">两个多月后，公司开展了“百强供电所”创建工作。我清晰地记得当时可算率只有80%不到，两率偏差和电量偏差更是不足50%，这对于指标要求相差甚远，创建非常困难。很快我就意识到问题主要涉及到导图解析，拓扑及运行数据的完整性、表箱模型的匹配性等。随即我开始了理论线损相关问题治理，我边请教、边治理、边总结，在学习过程中不断刷新自己的业务能力。创建期间，我吃住在办公室，尽最大能力完成了全量数据问题治理；对于那些档案不完整、图形游离等异常问题，我逐个台区进行治理，确保基础数据完整无缺。经过一个月的努力，公司理论线损指标总体可算率至98%，两率偏差和电量偏差也提升到了90%以上，当月也成功完成了丰原供电所百强创建。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin: 16px 8px;line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">截止2021年底临渭区供电公司完成了百强供电所创建4个共计4次，分别在11月、12月连续两个月入选国网百强县公司，这让我备受鼓舞。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin: 16px 8px;line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="color: rgb(14, 101, 108);"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">凡心所向，素履以往</span></strong></span><span style="font-size: 16px;"></span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin: 16px 8px;line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">2022年，这一年我主要着手于强化台区线损的管理工作，将管理体系分成了三大板块：一是加快网改进度，切实提高电网设备水平。二是存量增量高损管控，归真台账图形数据。三是合力排查现场线变关系、表计接线、互感器倍率等可能影响经济运行指标的问题。针对各个板块又提出了不同的处理方案，确保台区线损管理工作稳步提升。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin: 16px 8px;line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">十月，临渭区开始了百强县公司的创建工作。但疫情肆虐，临渭区进行了封控，我又一次住进了办公室，每天睡起来第一件事就是盯数据、找问题，督促问题治理进度。一起坚守岗位的还有我的领导和同事们，大家每天都在相互鼓励，那时我觉得他们更像是我的战友，而这场战役我们必须胜利。10月底，临渭区成功入选国网百强县公司。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin: 16px 8px;line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">截止2022年底临渭区供电公司高质量完成了百强供电所创建10个共计16次，百强县公司1次。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin: 16px 8px;line-height: 1.6em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;color: rgb(14, 101, 108);">分享经验，普及“同期”</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;"></span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin: 16px 8px;line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">2023年，同期系统中百强创建指标发生了变化，引入了闭环监测治理等新指标，因为有了前两年的线损工作基础，我在短时间内就熟练应用了两个系统的全部功能，并于3月、4月和6月对新员工开展了同期线损培训，培训内容主要涉及线损基本定义、台区线损典型案例及百强创建相关指标等。在我看来，能通过自己的业务技能和工作经验去帮助到更多新员工，为公司未来的发展尽绵薄之力，才是我进入企业的初心所在。截止2023年5月底，临渭区公司已完成百强供电所创建9个共计13次。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin: 16px 8px;line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">习总书记说：“道阻且长，行则将至，行而不辍，未来可期，前方的路会有曲折，但也充满希望！”对于青年员工的我来说，未来的日子里需要更加努力的提升自我业务技能，强化责任担当，坚持“一板一眼、一丝不苟、严精细实、专业专注”的工作作风，持续深化同期线损系统应用，为线损专业的发展奉献出自己的一份力！</span></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><p style="display: none;"><mp-style-type data-value="3"></mp-style-type></p></div><p></p> 脚踏实地、知行合一 这小伙看着就不错 很是不错哦！！！！ 脚踏实地、知行合一。 脚踏实地、知行合一 脚踏实地、知行合一。
