如果从投资的角度上分析，现在是买房时机，不是卖房时机。
你可以换个思路，把你现在住的房子，按揭尾款结清(自己有钱用自己的钱，自己没钱用垫资公司的钱)，变成全款房，再用全款房申请房产抵押经营贷。
这样做有几个好处:
1.减少月供，大大降低压力。
2.能够套出一大笔便宜的钱，可以把你父母住的那套按揭贷款，还完或者还一部分。
