color: rgb(0, 0, 0); letter-spacing: 0px; font-family: 微软雅黑;'><br></span></p><section style='text-indent: 2em;'>2021年7月，市妇幼院乳腺科正式成立，在乳腺科病区收治的不少都是癌症患者，疾病带来的恐惧令她们精神崩溃，张丽辉护士长深深地意识到:“对待这群特殊的患者，情感关怀、心理护理更为重要。”她经常深入病房鼓励并开导患者，帮助乳腺癌患者调整面对疾病的情绪，提升患者治愈的积极性并鼓励其树立信心，从精神层面增强患者对化疗药物的耐受程度，面对不得不失去乳房的患者，选择采取真实案例进行科普宣教，运用暗示、开导、集体对话等心理治疗方法，通过多次心理疏导，提升患者的生存欲望和信心，促进患者早日康复，回归正常的生活，并随时做好出院随访，提醒她们定期复查。她在工作中耐心、细心、考虑周到，获得了患者及家属的一致好评。</section><p style='text-align:justify;margin-top: 2px;vertical-align: baseline;line-height: 150%;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='line-height: 150%;
