box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; letter-spacing: 2px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">（一）科学落实招生计划。中职教育是普及高中阶段教育和建设中国特色现代职业教育体系的重要基础。各县、校要在统筹考虑区域人口结构和变化趋势、经济发展水平和学校办学条件的基础上，按照优化高中阶段教育结构、稳定中职教育办学规模的要求，制定中职招生计划。要合理设置中职学校招生专业，提高区域经济建设急需、社会民生领域紧缺和就业率高的专业招生计划。<o:p style="outline: 0px; letter-spacing: 2px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">（二）加快提升办学质量。各县、校要认真贯彻落实《陕西省职业学校办学条件达标工程实施方案》，结合全省中职学校“双达标”复核情况，持续补短板、强弱项，不断提高中职教育的质量和形象，加强对中职学校办学质量的督导和考核，确保发展规模与办学质量相匹配。<o:p style="outline: 0px; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; letter-spacing: 2px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">（一）持续应用招生平台。各县（市、区）和举办五年一贯制高职教育的高等学校、中职学校和技工院校，应按照“一盘棋”的原则开展招生工作。职业院校（含技工院校）招生工作应按要求全面和持续使用陕西省中等职业教育招生管理平台（以下简称“招生平台”，网址为http://zzzs.sneducloud.com），在招生平台上公布学校资质、招生专业、简章备案、监测预警、统计分析等信息。<o:p style="outline: 0px; letter-spacing: 2px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">（二）加强招生平台管理。各学校按规定在招生平台填报2023年度招生专业、招生计划、招生简章等招生资质信息，各县（市、区）教育、人社部门分别逐级审核，同时各级主管部门要定期核查区域内学校招生资质，重点考察学校在招生、联合培养、学籍管理、学生资助、实习等方面是否存在严重违规行为，办学经费、基础建设、教师队伍、实训实习等主要办学条件是否达到基本要求等。<o:p style="outline: 0px; letter-spacing: 2px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">（三）按时报送相关信息。市教育局、市人社局将按隶属关系对中职学校资质信息进行核查，公布具有招生资质的中职学校和专业名录。各中职学校应按要求在招生平台填报2023年招生资质和简章等信息，并于8月至11月的每月25日前在招生平台报送招生进展情况。<o:p style="outline: 0px; text-align: justify; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; letter-spacing: 2px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">（三）严格学籍管理。要严格落实《中等职业学校学生学籍管理规定》《中等职业学历教育学生学籍电子注册办法（试行）》和《关于严格规范中等职业学校招生、学籍和资助管理工作的通知》相关要求，各中职学校于2023年11月15日（技工院校于2023年9月24日）前完成新生学籍电子注册。未通过招生平台登记学生信息不得注册学籍，省教育厅将实施中职新生学籍电子注册质量通报制度。<o:p style="outline: 0px; letter-spacing: 2px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">（四）加强正面引导。要加大综合宣传力度，加大对职教高考、职业本科教育、专升本考试扩招等政策宣传，吸引广大学生和适龄青年报考中职学校。要加强地方主流媒体、新兴媒体对中职教育的宣传力度，打造一批形式多样的宣传品牌。各中职学校要加强办学特色宣传，彰显优质办学水平，为学生和家长提供真实可靠的招生信息和热情周到的服务。<o:p style="outline: 0px;
