text-indent: 2em;"><font face="微软雅黑" style="" size="3" color="#000000">李X荣，男，1971年6月出生，陕西省白水县尧禾镇人。2015年因殴打他人被公安局行政拘留十日。2021年11月因犯伪造国家机关公文、印章罪，被法院判处有期徒刑一年六个月，并处罚金5000元。李X荣及其经营的果库在白水法院作为多起案件的被执行人，2020年被强制执行，其名下的果库等财产被分别查封执行，经渭南中院委托评估，公开拍卖，流拍后分别以物抵债给权利人白水某金融机构及王某等人抵顶执行款670余万元。案件执行期间，李X荣以超标的查封等为由提出的执行异议被渭南中院终审裁定驳回。在其果库被查封后，李X荣利用法院允许其经营使用的便利，私自处置果库部分财产且无法追回。李X荣作为被执行人，现在白水法院仍有38件案件未履行法律义务，涉及金额本金480余万元。<o:p></o:p></font></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3" color="#000000">诚信是立足之本，守法是做人底线。履行生效法律文书确定的义务是每个公民的法定义务。李X荣因不满法院对其财产的执行，公然在网络对法官进行诽谤和侮蔑，情节恶劣，严重侵害了人民法官的职业尊严和人民法院的司法权威。白水县公安局，查明李X荣诽谤诋毁法官事实清楚，依法作出对李X荣拘留10日的行政处罚决定。<o:p></o:p></font></p><p style="line-height: 2em;
