caret-color: red; color: rgb(0, 82, 255);">8月21日凌晨3时许，由环北所民警蔺杰领队的警组在巡逻时发现一名男子提着灰色塑料袋在沿街停靠的车辆中来回穿梭，形迹十分可疑，为避免打草惊蛇，民警悄声靠近观察男子，发现其在沿街车辆的车身处粘贴小广告，随即将该男子现场抓获，查获尚未张贴的小广告贴纸2000余张，随后民警在该男子租住房内查获一台打印机和未打印的热敏贴纸、二维码贴纸等作案工具。</span></strong></span></p><section style="letter-spacing: 0.578px;
