wrap;'>根据通知，执行居民电动车充电桩分时电价政策，是根据《国家发展改革委关于电动汽车用电价格政策有关问题的通知》（发改价格〔2014〕1668号）《国家发展改革委关于进一步完善分时电价机制的通知》（发改价格〔2021〕1093号）等文件精神，加快健全分时电价机制，更好引导电动汽车在电力系统低谷时段充电。</p><p style='text-indent: 2.225em;text-wrap: wrap;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2.225em;text-wrap: wrap;'>一、实施范围</p><p style='text-indent: 2.225em;text-wrap: wrap;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2.225em;text-wrap: wrap;'>在居民家庭住宅、居民住宅小区、执行居民电价的非居民用户中设置的，由电网企业直接抄表、收费到户的电动汽车充电桩用电。</p><p style='text-indent: 2.225em;text-wrap: wrap;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2.225em;text-wrap: wrap;'>二、时段划分</p><p style='text-indent: 2.225em;text-wrap: wrap;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2.225em;text-wrap: wrap;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 122, 170);'><strong>高峰时段：7:00-23:00，低谷时段：23:00-次日7:00。</strong></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.225em;text-wrap: wrap;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2.225em;text-wrap: wrap;'>三、电价标准</p><p style='text-indent: 2.225em;text-wrap: wrap;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2.225em;text-wrap: wrap;'>以执行居民电价的非居民用户电价标准为基础，<span style='color: rgb(0, 122, 170);'><strong>高峰时段电价每千瓦时提高0.05元，低谷时段电价每千瓦时降低0.2元。</strong></span></p><p><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2.225em;text-wrap: wrap;'>陕西电网（不含榆林地区）高峰时段电价为每千瓦时0.5609元、低谷时段电价为每千瓦时0.3109元；陕西电网（榆林地区）高峰时段电价为每千瓦时0.5473元、低谷时段电价为每千瓦时0.2973元。</p><p><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2.225em;text-wrap: wrap;'>四、有关要求</p><p><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2.225em;text-wrap: wrap;'>（一）居民电动汽车充电桩用电原则上应单独立户分表计量。电网企业直接抄表、收费到户的居民电动汽车充电桩，分时电能表由电网企业免费安装更换。</p><p style='text-indent: 2.225em;text-wrap: wrap;'><br></p><p style='text-indent:
