visible;'>根据国家卫健委《关于开展改善就医感受提升患者体验主题活动的通知》《进一步改善护理服务行动计划（2023-2025）》和《优质护理服务评价细则（2014版）》等文件要求，渭南市妇幼保健院护理部为进一步深化优质护理服务工作，从2023年7月开始，以“有温度的服务，有温度的医院”为主题，持续开展“健康教育小能手”“标杆护理单元”和“规范化病区管理”评比等活动，并通过对护理礼仪服务、职业行为规范和临床服务指引等系列培训，进一步增强护理人员的主动服务意识，提升优质护理服务的内涵和质量，切实改善人民群众的就医感受，提升患者就医体验。</span></strong></p></section></section></section></section></section><section 16px;'>为了满足患儿和家长的爱美之心，护士们会按照家长的要求为小患儿理发，不但减少了去除头皮针时胶布黏贴头发的痛苦，又提高了护理工作效率。对于生病的小姑娘们，护士们会利用空闲时间为她们扎上漂亮的公主辫，不但使她们在治疗过程中更加配合，减少了住院恐惧，还增进了护患之间的感情。</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;font-size:
