style='font-size: 15px;'>二、还款对象</span></strong></p><p style='text-align: justify;margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>1.在我区办理了生源地信用助学贷款，已过还款宽限期且未全部结清贷款本金的学生；</span></p><p style='text-align: justify;margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>2.逾期未还款的学生。</span></p><p style='text-align: justify;margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>温馨提示：根据财政部、教育部、人民银行、银保监会《关于做好 2023年国家助学贷款免息及本金延期偿还工作的通知》文件要求，对2023年及以前毕业的借款学生 2023年内应偿还的生源地助学贷款利息予以免除。</span></p><p style='text-align: justify;margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span 15px;'>1.本金延期偿还范围：本年度有到期本金偿还的学生，可登录生源地信用助学贷款学生在线服务系统，进入“本金延期”页面申请；</span></p><p style='text-align: justify;margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span 15px;color: rgb(217, 33, 66);'><strong>(https：//sls.cdb.com.cn)</strong></span><span style='font-size: 15px;'>提交本金延期偿还请，无需审批，即可生效。</span></p><p style='text-align: justify;margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 15px;'>四、还款方式</span></strong></p><p style='text-align: justify;margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>1.现场还款。在临渭区行政服务中心二楼教育局窗口或各镇办中心校，利用手机“微信”、“支付宝”或银行卡在助学贷款专用POS机现场还款，不支持信用卡，不支持现金还款;</span></p><p style='text-align: justify;margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>2.手机“云闪付”APP还款。在手机端下载安装“云闪付”APP，按照提示完成注册或登录。在搜索栏输入“国家开发银行”并关注后，使用“在线还款”功能完成在线还款；</span></p><p style='text-align: justify;margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>3.支付宝还款。手机登录支付宝，搜索“国家开发银行助学贷款”生活号后，使用“在线还款”功能完成在线还款。</span></p><p style='text-align: justify;margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 15px;'>五、违约责任</span></strong></p><p style='text-align: justify;margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>1.12月20日扣款之前未能及时归还到期本金的,将会贷款逾期。国家开发银行根据实际逾期金额和逾期天数按合同约定利率收罚息,罚息利率为当期利率的130%。</span></p><p style='text-align: justify;margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>2.将违约学生及共同借款人载入中国人民银行个人征信系统，不良记录将保留至不良行为或者事件终止之日起 5年，直接限制违约学生及共同借款人的个人信用卡、购房、购车贷款等所有银行的业务办理与使用；</span></p><p style='text-align: justify;margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>3.将违约学生信息录载入学信网，并向违约学生与共同借款人就业单位通报违约情况，这对学生的就业、参加社会招聘等活动产生较大影响；</span></p><p style='text-align: justify;margin-top:
