我感觉没有必要天天洗澡，我的工作也轻松，也没有天天出汗！！ 我感觉天冷了之后，身上皮屑掉落比较多，需要每天洗澡来清理；但是也知道过度清洁皮肤，皮肤角质层会受损，从而导致皮肤敏感泛红。专家说如果你的皮肤不是特别油腻的前提下，三天洗一次澡最好。
