255);'>被盗人朱某的电动车在夜间停放在户家街道一车行门前充电，早晨准备去拔充电器时，发现电动三轮车不见了。</span></strong>到底是村民有急事骑走了？还是有人把他的车子偷走了？</span></section><section style='text-indent: 0em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>许庄派出所民警通过走访群众、调阅案发地附近的监控录像有了重大发现，监控录像中，民警看到一名中年男子在车行门口来回转悠，等待作案时机，趁四周无人，这名男子便骑着朱某的电动三轮车离开了。经过民警进一步侦查，最终锁定有盗窃前科的李某具有重大作案嫌疑，民警随即对嫌疑人展开布控，于12月5日在大荔县西环路将涉嫌盗窃电动三轮车的犯罪嫌疑人李某抓获。</span></section><section style='text-indent: 0em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>经审查，犯罪嫌疑人李某交代了其9月18日凌晨在户家街道一车行门口盗窃电动三轮车的犯罪事实。在进一步讯问中，李某又交代出其今年5月至10月多次在许庄镇、安仁镇盗窃电动三轮车、冬枣、电动摩托车，疯狂作案多起。</span></section><section
