170);">12月以来（12月1-25日），全省气温经历了上旬持续偏暖、中旬急剧降温的“过山车”式气温起伏。</span></strong>12月4-14日全省平均气温4.3℃，较常年同期偏高，为历史同期第二高，陕北和关中共47站平均气温为历史同期最高，府谷、榆林、神木、麟游、安康等65县（区）7-9日最高气温突破12月历史极值。但从13日开始，受大范围寒潮天气影响，全省气温急剧下降，陕北大部降温幅度在16℃以上，最大神木下降21.7℃，关中和陕南降幅在5～12℃。17日佳县、20日府谷及神木最低气温突破12月中旬历史同期极值。15日后低温持续，15-25日全省平均气温-5.2℃，较常年同期偏低4.7℃，1961年以来历史同期第二低。<o:p></o:p></p><p><span
