line-height: 1.5em;'>餐饮服务经营注意事项</p><p style='margin-bottom: 14px; line-height: 1.5em;'>1.主体责任严落实</p><p style='margin-bottom: 14px; line-height: 1.5em;'>餐饮服务单位要严格落实食品安全主体责任，把好采购关，落实索证索票和进货查验制度，做好台账记录，不经营禁用食材。加工前仔细检查，严禁使用过期、腐烂、变质食品。加强从业人员健康管理，落实每日晨检，保持个人卫生。同时按照要求严格落实日管控、周排查、月调度工作制度，认真落实制止餐饮浪费有关要求，引导消费者按需适量点餐，主动提供“公勺公筷”，倡导文明就餐。</p><p style='margin-bottom: 14px; line-height: 1.5em;'>2.接待能力严评估</p><p style='margin-bottom: 14px; line-height: 1.5em;'>餐饮服务单位应根据许可范围和自身加工能力决定供应食品的品种、数量和接待顾客的数量，确保餐饮具消毒彻底、食物储存等能力满足需求。严禁超许可范围提供生食、冷食、裱花蛋糕等食品，严禁超接待能力承接订单。</p><p style='margin-bottom: 14px; line-height: 1.5em;'>3.加工制作严规范</p><p style='margin-bottom: 14px; line-height: 1.5em;'>食品加工过程中避免生熟、荤素交叉污染，熟制食品烧熟煮透，严格控制食物存放温度与时间。生食、冷食、裱花蛋糕和现榨果蔬汁等严格在专间或专用操作区操作。规范使用食品添加剂。保持经营场所清洁、卫生，落实“三防”措施，严格做好餐饮具清洗、消毒和保洁。</p><p style='margin-bottom: 14px; line-height: 1.5em;'>消费者就餐注意事项</p><p style='margin-bottom: 14px; line-height: 1.5em;'>1.外出就餐要谨慎，合理饮食树新风</p><p style='margin-bottom: 14px; line-height: 1.5em;'>在外出就餐、集体聚餐时选择证照齐全、餐饮量化等级较高、环境整洁、承办能力相匹配的餐饮服务单位就餐。慎食高风险食品，若选择食用凉菜、熟食、卤味和生食水产品等冷食、生食类食品时，应注意查看食品经营单位是否具有经营相关冷食和生食类品种项目。不食用野生动物及其制品。提倡“三减”，合理膳食。</p><p style='margin-bottom: 14px; line-height: 1.5em;'>2.网络订餐莫大意，安全卫生掌握好</p><p style='margin-bottom: 14px; line-height: 1.5em;'>查看商家证照信息、菜品原材料、店铺评价，选择资质齐全的商家订餐。尽量选择距离相对较近且可在短时间内送达的供餐单位。收到餐食后，查看包装是否完整、是否有被开启的痕迹、食品是否被污染等，并及时加工或食用,勿长时间存放。</p><p style='margin-bottom: 14px; line-height: 1.5em;'>3.适量点餐不浪费，光盘行动齐参与</p><p style='margin-bottom: 14px; line-height: 1.5em;'>保持良好的饮食习惯，倡导厉行节约，反对浪费。聚餐应使用公筷、公勺，鼓励分餐制，避免交叉污染。要杜绝攀比消费，树立节约意识，根据实际需求适量点餐、适量取食、餐后打包，自觉抵制舌尖上的浪费，做到不浪费、不攀比，不炫耀，主动践行“光盘行动”。</p><p style='margin-bottom: 14px;
