我本身个性比较沉闷，本来话就不多，更加不会因为生活所迫和某些保险高手一样用着我瞧不上的手段去卖保险。但是现实却是，你不这样缠着客户，不去打从医院买来的电话名单，你就没有客户，没有钱。
现在我三个月没有业绩，领导开始陪着我，帮我去谈客户，但是从我自身的性格出发，始终觉得这不是长久之计。
想换工作，但是各种招聘网站找了一圈，却不知道自己应该做什么，我学的建筑，但是当时我就是不愿意在工地才离开了这个行业，
然而现在，没有过硬的专业技能，好像能找到最多的工作都是销售岗位，
目前已经结婚，老婆刚刚怀孕，如果再去做销售岗位，工资极其不稳定，这要如何养家?
如果从兴趣出发，我喜欢的电子产品，汽车，或许这方面我能够长远的做下去，不过我没真正接触过这些东西，又该如何进去这个圈子呢？ 从下学到现在已经有六年了。我换过的工作，也已经数不清了。都说经常换工作是挣不到钱的。这句话说的确实很对。我换了这么多工作，总共存了也就十多万。还远远达不到我的要求。
刚出来那年比较小，就跟着家里人去做了临时工。关于这个工作，我是记忆犹新。我从河南老家坐大巴车，一直坐到了广东。整整坐了二十几个小时。一天一夜啊！我的心都崩溃了。
对于一个没出过远门的我来说，第一次就做这么远的车。可谓是非常的难受。在车上，我就在幻想。连坐车都要这么远，那工作起来可岂不是更累。
果不其然。大巴车直接把我们给拉到了厂里。下车就准备面试。那一天一大巴车五十多个人全部面试成功。第二天我们就一起进车间。我们五十多个人，全部分散到各个车间。如果也分到了一个陌生的车间，没有熟人。
而我又没有经验。厂里的老大给我安排了个工位做。他教完我怎么做之后就走了。可是等到他来的时候，就是骂我。因为我第一次进工厂是一只手做，我不会两只手做。他就说我，你难道不会两只手吗？我心里想着，还可以两只手吗？他就给我演示。但是看着容易做着难。我做的依然是很慢。
当时看他的眼神，都想把我吃了。我特别的害怕。最后没有办法，他只能给我调到一个简单的工位。这个工位还好，比上次那个工位简单多了。只要把产品放到模具上就可以了。其他的都是自动化。
就这样在这里干了三个月。这三个月简直是度日如年呀！对于一个刚出社会的小白来说，真的是太难了。
紧接着几个工作也依然是临时工，就不详细的说了。
说一下不一样的吧，我还做过厨师。当时我在广东没有工作。正在大街上看人家门口的招聘信息时，有一个小姑娘拿着传单过来了。她说她们那里新店开业，需要招一些学徒。等新店装修好了，就直接可以做师傅了，我心想，这好啊！于是我当场就应聘了。因为是餐厅招聘，所以入职也没有那么麻烦。
但是还是我想的太简单了。第一天上班，先去后厨切菜。我第一次拿刀，我连刀都不会拿。菜也不会切。那个后厨组长就看我干啥啥不行。非常嫌弃我。但是他必须要教我。因为我是要去新店的，只是在总店这里培训一下。于是他就教我怎么切菜，怎么配菜。
我虽然学会了，但是我刀法不行。一到高峰期的时候，我就跟不上节奏了。前面的一直催我。而我又跟不上菜。有次厨师长看到了。还把我骂了一顿。
我当时就想，为什么我就跟个废物一样，干啥啥不行？于是就趁着周一到周五不怎么忙的时候，我把自己的菜切完，我就去帮别人切。就是为了练刀功。皇天不负有心人。我练了一个星期左右，慢慢的可以跟得上节奏了。虽然切的不是很快，但是能跟得上。
然后就开始进行学习炒菜。炒菜不是在总店学的，是在另外一家店学的。那里的人对我都很不错。我非常喜欢那家店里的人。而且那家店里有我喜欢的人。但是也是我得不到的人。
学会炒菜之后，我在那里做了一年。觉得工资太低了，一个月也就拿个三千多。虽然是包吃住。但是依然满足不了我的要求。之后我就辞职了。
我就去做了保安。当时我一个朋友跟我说，他那里做保安，一个月五六千。于是我就去找他了。在那里工作。很烦心。我上一个作品是讲我在那里当保安烦心的事。在这里我就不多讲了。
我基本上出来这几年就做过这几样工作吧，出入社会这几年经历的磨难太多了。现在我已经是职场老手了。面对职场里面的各种手段。我自己都可以解决了。我也不再是当初刚出社会的那种被人任人宰割的小绵羊了。
虽然换了这么多工作，但是可以说从来没有挣到过钱。都是一个月三四千，四五千的工资。攒了这么多年，就攒了十来万。我的梦想是要在市里面买一套房。所以这里就是我梦想的开始。希望屏幕前的你能给我一个鼓励！ 我今年36岁了，毕业到现在工作也没少换，自认为不是一个踏踏实实能把一个工作干到底的人，但是却把最大的耐心和时间给了家庭，已经在家带娃十年了。。每天柴米油盐。。看似自由身，却非自由人！ 工作快二十年了。 我工作了24年干维修电工，退休后换了好几份工作。几乎没有合适的。 92年从学校毕业，财会专业，呵呵，95年从财务室被优化（单位唯一一个专业出身而被优化的，原因是坚持原则）到经营部，一直到现在，大概三十多年了，没换过工作。 已工作35年没有换过，一直在教育一线， 从毕业到现在我已经工作三十年 从来没有换过工作三十年如一日 默默付出 兢兢业业工作十六次被评为优秀工作者五次被评为中国共产党的优秀党员 不怎么换，工作实在是不好找
