还真有。各有各的乐趣吧！身边很多宝妈都不上班，除了带孩子，就是出去美容，喝茶聊天，逛街看电影旅游什么的。天天晒图！至于是不是真的很快乐或者自我感觉很爽，那就如人饮水冷暖自知了！ 不工作这么能证明自己的价值呢 肯定有呀。我觉得这群人一般都生活在农村。而且每次放假回家都让我们打牌。他还过得潇洒。很多都是单身。长期都不上班没有工作。家里有父母。我觉得这种人不知道他们怎么来的钱？可能没有家庭没有孩子可能压力小吧。总之我觉得这样的人生还是有点不好过。所以还是要努力上班才好，加油。 还是有这群人吧。他们一般生活在农村。可能家里种了一些地。所以他们也会长期不上班。偶尔再进地方打工。赚点零花钱，但是他们好多都是没有结婚都没有家庭的。所以我还是不羡慕这样的人生。人生就需要奋斗，为了家庭为了孩子努力，这样才是完美。 长期不上班的，好多都是女生，可能因为要照顾家庭吧，而且家里男人也会挣钱，所以他们就呆在家里操持家里的一切事情。所以他们还是很辛苦的，但是这个要因自己家庭情况而定吧，如果家里人有这个条件，他们可以不上班，但是好多还是都是上班的，还是要努力加油挣钱 我觉得，如果你有一份勉强可以生活的保障，比如啃老。那我真的建议你停止工作一段时间，来感受一下安静平稳。在你安静平稳的日子里，你会远离不必要的应酬、攀比、内卷、争竞，你就像一棵小树一样，离开风吹雨打，重新萌发新芽。 甚至在这段时光里，一些疾病会不药而愈，腰椎酸痛、乏力、犯困……都会大大好转。
你也会想明白自己到底想要什么，坚定目标，重新开始。
