暑假了，怎样安排孩子孩子的暑假生活呢?把握两个原则，既要学好，又要玩好。首先，学习不能放松。除了老师布置的暑假作业以外，还要预习下一册的内容，再适当报一些孩子喜欢的课外辅导班，比如舞蹈、书法、跆拳道等有利于孩子兴趣培养的一些辅导班。以前我孩子一放暑假，我首先就制定两个表，一是孩子每天的作息时间表，二是孩子的学习内容安排表。这两个表我让孩子一起来讨论，一起来制定。比如，什么时候起床，什么时候开始读书，每次作业多少时间，辅导班报什么项目等等，都让孩子充分发表意见，再结合大人的意见一起制定出来。这样孩子在执行这两个表时就会尽力去完成。我和她妈妈每天就负责监督落实，每天晚上总结当天的完成情况，好的表扬，不好的及时改正。家长的监督非常重要，这样孩子才能持之以恒，把学习搞好。
其次，要玩好。这里的玩，不是单纯的玩，而是有利于孩子身心健康发展的事情。比如，孩子身体怎样才能长高，怎样吃才健康。她妈妈还专门为她制定了每天的营养搭配，每天的跑步计划，每天的家务劳动项目和时间，每天玩手机或看电视的时间等等。我们每两个星期还安排孩子外出爬山或旅游，组织她同学来家串门等。总之，孩子的暑假生活牢牢地把握在家长和孩子手里。
