反正多干活少说话就行了 工龄十多年了，工地上班，建议是多干活，少说话，估计现在年轻人也没几个愿意去工地上班了，风吹日晒的还吃苦受累，工资还没保障。 首先，你得尽量按时甚至提前完成老师布置的学习内容。其次是学习过程中遇到的问题，先试着通过部门内部知识库或公共渠道去找寻答案。若未能及时解决问题，那就罗列出来，在阶段性学习成果反馈时逐一提出，主动寻求老师的帮助解答，并做好笔记记录，这样才能更好地将问题转化成自己掌握的知识。

建议：
1、摆正心态
既然是新人，不论哪个行业，在当前定位下就是新人，不论能力、背景、各方面的优势，在当前状态下也缺乏当前环境的经历，该低调低调，学习、了解；谋定而后动。
2、伺机而动
新人需要低调，但不是一直两耳不闻窗外事，需要的是积累，然后在合适的时机积极的表现：一方面作为自己前期积累和自身能力的验证；另一方面也是表现给公司看
3、反思修正
这里要说的是不论新旧人，需要适时反思；针对前一阶段工作的反思总结、修正 我已退休了，
四十多年的职场生涯所得:
多学、多看、多动手；
